We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely 4 bed 2 bath home. The room is available from October 2026 onwards It is a 15 minute walk away from the Laurier metro, and a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you right to Milton-Park in minutes. About the Property: -Fully furnished house (we own the furniture), but partly furnished room. - Utilities are not included. They come out to be about 40 dollars a month on average, more expensive in the winter (budget around 100 a month for peak winter).
